Escargot Satay


Materials :
500 grams of snail meat (we get it from 3 kg of fresh snails, they must be very cleaned)
25 bar of skewers

Seasonings:
1 / 4 kg of peanut
5 tablespoons of cooking oil
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
5 grains of red onion
5 grains of pepper
3 cloves of garlic
3 kaffir lime leaves
2 pieces of lemon
1 / 4 teaspoon of flavoring
Cayenne pepper, vinegar, salt to adjusted with your wish.

How to Make:
Snail meat that has been prepared  is sliced into two pieces,  puncture it with satay skewers .

Put it in a spice that has been crushed (garlic, pepper mix soy sauce and vinegar), then let stand for a while the spices are absorbed.

Make peanut sauce
fried peanut and grind it until smooth. Mix with garlic, salt, kaffir lime leaves, chili and flavorings that have been Grinded. Give a little water and boil until the oily and given a little soy sauce.

Bake until snail meat till it is done, then shower it with  peanut sauce, sprinkle with raw red onion and lemon slices.

And now, this satay is ready to be served for the whole family.
